• Use your real identity. Your profile should represent the real you. Don't pretend to be someone else or use fake photos.
• Only create one account. If you've been banned, don't create a new account.
• Be honest about your intentions. Whether you're looking for marriage, dating, or friendship, be upfront about what you want.
• Verify your profile. Help build trust by completing photo verification when prompted.

• Treat everyone with kindness. Respect goes a long way. Even if you're not interested in someone, be polite.
• Accept "no" gracefully. If someone isn't interested, respect their decision. Don't pressure or harass them.
• Keep conversations appropriate. Don't send unsolicited explicit messages or images. Ever.
• Respect people's time. If you're no longer interested, it's better to say so than to ghost someone.

• Start with a real conversation. Generic copy-paste messages don't work. Take time to read profiles and send thoughtful messages.
• Be patient. Not everyone can respond immediately. Give people time to reply before sending multiple messages.
• Ask meaningful questions. Show genuine interest in getting to know the person, not just their appearance.

The following behaviors will result in account suspension or permanent ban:

• Harassment or bullying — Threatening, intimidating, or repeatedly contacting someone who has asked you to stop.
• Hate speech — Discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Scams and fraud — Soliciting money, promoting get-rich schemes, or any form of deception.
• Explicit content — Nudity, sexual content, or pornography in photos or messages.
• Impersonation — Pretending to be someone else or using fake profiles.
• Spam — Sending unsolicited promotions, advertisements, or repetitive messages.
• Illegal activity — Anything that violates local, national, or international law.

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately using the report button on the user's profile or in the conversation. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.
